Notes on Equinox deadline & treats!

trelkezThe deadline for main assignment submissions is tomorrow, Sunday April 9 at 11:59PM UTC! Some notes for those of you still vidding:
- If you are staring down the deadline tomorrow and need another day or two to finish, email equinoxvids@gmail.com. We may be able to grant you a short extension *if* you are absolutely sure you can finish in the extra time granted.
- Vid submissions go into a moderated queue, so that they can be checked by staff to make sure your streams work, your passwords are right, your vids are complete, and so on. With the volume of vids coming in this weekend, it may take some time to check through all vids, so please be patient and don't panic if your vid remains moderated for a few days.
- Any submissions not received by the deadline that do not have prior granted extensions will be marked as defaulted.
And some notes on vid treats:
- Treats are not due until April 21st, at noon UTC. If you are making treats, vid on! You still have plenty of time.
- Dear Equinox letters were linked here and all requests can be viewed here.
- This link will take you to an AO3 submission form with the exchange collection pre-filled. (Just don't forget to add the pseud of the person you're gifting it to!)
